Child Care Services
Whether a parent has questions regarding discipline, childcare options, or enhancing self-esteem, the childcare services provide comprehensive information, support and assistance.
Elder Care Services
Designed to meet the needs of employees with dependent parents or relatives, assistance is available to help employees with the responsibilities and decisions regarding care resources. The elder care services provide comprehensive information, assessment, and support for questions about Medicare and appropriate living arrangements.
Caregiver support is also offered to help employees balance life issues by providing information about finding time for themselves, learning to say ‘no’, stress management techniques, time saving tips, and meeting household responsibilities amidst the other demands of life.
Financial Resources
Financial concerns often cause stress and can disrupt the work and family balance. Creative Care provides financial resources and consultation to assist employees with basic budgeting, debt management, investment strategies and retirement planning.
Legal Resources
Employees are entitled to free telephone consultations and a 25% reduction from the normal hourly rate if a lawyer is retained. Virtually all types of legal matters, excluding Labor Law, are handled including:
