Integrated EAP/Managed Behavioral Healthcare (Optional)
The overall goal of Creative Care Management in providing managed behavioral healthcare is to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of care. By participating in a client’s continuum of care, CCM is able to provide accurate assessment and referral into either EAP short-term counseling or insurance benefit plan where CCM continues to take an active role in the care of the client through ongoing case management.
